Business Shikhon, we strive to ensure our learners receive the best value from our digital products and services. However, due to the nature of our offerings, certain refund conditions apply.
- General Refund Terms
Payments made for digital products (such as eBooks, downloadable resources) and online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Training programs, workshops, and webinars are refundable only if:The customer did not receive access due to technical issues on our end. The event is canceled by Business Shikhon.
- Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
You purchased a course or product but did not receive access due to technical problems.
The service you paid for was not delivered as promised, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not completed or accessed more than 10% of the course or content.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to attend a live session or webinar.
Misunderstanding about course content or expectations without contacting support.
Downloaded content, unless it is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be fixed.
